How we collect information about you

You need to register to access the majority of the information on this site. This is so that we can track usage of the site by type of school and role, and use this information to improve our service to you.

If you register with the site we will collect personal information about you, which will include your name, e-mail address, role and school DCSF number. The DCSF number enables us to gather EduBase details about your school, so we can ensure that the information you see most prominently is most relevant to your school. We also use this information for reporting purposes to see what types of school are using the service.

Once you have registered you may provide us with additional contact details (email addresses and phone numbers) in your profile. This is so that we can contact you in a way that is convenient to you if you want us to.

We may collect general statistical information about visitors to this site for general reporting purposes and to help us develop the design and layout of our website to ensure that our site is as useful and enjoyable as possible.
