Which teachers can receive a TLR? We outline when schools may award a teaching and learning responsibility (TLR) and confirm that it is not obligatory to award TLRs for any teaching role. We also refer to guidance from the NUT, and look at guidance on awarding a TLR in addition to an SEN allowance.
