Pay award for teachers from September 2013

Will there be a pay award for 2013/14? The School Teachers' Review Body will make recommendations on pay for 2013/14 at the end of May 2013. We look at the secretary of state's proposal for a 1% pay rise in 2013/14, and at responses from unions.
