Key Stage 2 SATs: pupils with SEN

Will a statemented child who has arrived late in year 6 sit KS2 tests? The 2013 ARA guidance explains that all pupils must be registered for the KS2 tests. This includes pupils arriving late in year 6. The tests must be taken by all pupils, including those with SEN, working at level 3 or above.
