Pupils selling food in school: health and safety

Is there guidance on pupils making and selling cakes for charity? The Children's Food Trust advises that pupils may sell food they have prepared to other pupils, on an occasional basis. We look at food standards and regulations and local authority health and safety advice on food at school events.
